PURCHASES - We strongly advise requesting a free of charge fabric sample before purchasing any colour, texture or weight dependent item from us as these factors can differ to a wide extent in their on-screen representation. - With all stocked items, any fabric samples sent will always be taken from the actual batch of fabric available for sale. - Samples taken from fabrics not kept in stock may vary slightly in colour batch from the current stock. Please notify us if exact match is crucial and we will request this from the design houses we work with. - All goods are subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order a full refund will be provided immediately. - If goods are ordered and are out of stock, we will immediately inform the customer and give the option to cancel the order or await further stock. - If goods are ordered and either contain an unexpected fault or the quantity required means that a length of goods will be in multiple pieces, we will notify the customer immediately and provide suitable options including a full refund. - We cannot be held responsible for any timescale delays beyond our control and we are unfortunately not able to compensate for any consequential loss which may occur if goods are not supplied in the original timescale given. - We are unable to accept any liability in cases of any loss, damage or deterioration to the condition of any goods sold caused by usage, shrinkage, cleaning processes, atmospheric conditions or assembly, make-up, installation or general useage. - We cannot accept responsibility if goods provided by us that do not comply with the Furniture and Furnishing Fire Safety regulations 1988 are used for the purposes of domestic upholstery, commercial upholstery or soft furnishings. If any goods do not initially comply it may be possible to use a fire retardant barrier cloth in your upholstery work, please check with your upholsterer before purchase to avoid choosing unsuitable goods. We are also able to treat fabrics to either domestic or commercial grade fire retardancy using a third party company which specialises in this process for a small cost. We are also able to obtain FR certificates at a cost for any FR treated fabrics which do not currently hold a certificate. - Payment must be received in full before we are able to release any goods. - All goods are supplied by us on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods. Under no circumstances shall Eden Fabrics be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.

REFUNDS & RETURNS CUT TO LENGTH & MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS - Any items which are cut to length (e.g. ordered by the metre or half metre) and any bespoke items which are made to measure (e.g. cushion covers, footstools) are non-returnable and we cannot provide refunds on these goods. Once an item is cut to your specification this is a bespoke order and the re-sale value is lost to us as a retailer, which is why we unfortunately cannot accept returns at this time. This is in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000. - Under some circumstances, it may be possible to exchange your cut to length purchase for another item of equal or lesser value, with the buyer covering any necessary postage costs. Please contact us for details. - Some of the design houses and suppliers we work with may charge a handling or re-stocking fee in return and exchange scenarios, please contact us for costs and details. - In order to provide 100% peace of mind before purchase, please request a free of charge fabric sample of any fabrics you are considering using in your scheme. NON MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS - For tools, uncut sundries and soft furnishings purchased 'per item', we do accept returns. Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and in original packaging. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods - we recommend mailing these items using a signed for or tracked delivery service. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on any spray/aerosol products at this time. - If goods are returned and we have reason to believe the goods have been used, altered or are in any way not in original condition, we reserve the right to decline refunds and exchanges. - Please contact us in advance of returning your item so that a refund or exchange is not delayed. Please specify whether a refund or exchange is preferred. DELIVERY - Delivery charges must be paid in full before any goods are dispatched. - Parcelforce operate a 24 hour tracked signed for courier service. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available to sign for the parcel upon delivery or alternatively inform us of any instructions to aid delivery at the time of purchase (before dispatch). - Any additional fees incurred by failed delivery or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer regardless of which courier is used. - Eden Fabrics does not take responsibility for any additional charges due to addresses which couriers class as outside of the UK mainland as this is out of our control, and any additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer. - Orders can only be delivered to one address. If you require parts of your delivery to arrive at another address, please order these items separately. - All delivery times are approximate. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays as these are out of our control. We will not be held liable for any compensation as a result of any unexpected delays. - If your delivery has visible signs of damage on delivery, please do not sign for the parcel or alternatively sign for it clearly as damaged. It is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible and if viable, please provide photographs of the damage. This will enable us to begin our courier's claims process and we will of course replace or refund your order where applicable. - Please contact us for deliveries outside the UK as additional charges will apply. Please note that any import taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer. - On rare occasions where parcels become mislaid in transit, we will either replace or refund the customer for the missing goods. - Please note that Designers Guild fabrics are not available for purchase internationally, and will only be dispatched to a valid address within the UK. -

CUSTOMER REGISTRATION - Upon registering on our website, customers agree to give true and accurate information, and must not impersonate any other person/company or use a false or unauthorised name. Please notify us immediately of any changes in personal information. Customers must be a minimum of 18 years of age to have the capacity to enter a contract to order goods through Eden Fabrics.

PRICING - Prices are subject to change. All prices include UK VAT for all customers within the UK and EU VAT territories. When placing an order a customer is making an offer on the site and a binding contract will be created only if the customer's order is confirmed and accepted by Eden Fabrics. Accepting payment from the customer's credit card does not indicate acceptance of the order. - We may make adjustments to the price charged to you, which take account of any increase in our supplier's cost or the imposition of a new or altered rate of duties or taxes. If any of these events occur we reserve the right to inform you of the correct revised price within 1 working day of your order and give you the option to cancel the order - in which case you will receive a full refund, or alternatively continue with the order at the revised price. - Eden Fabrics cannot be held responsible for pricing, typographical, or any other errors within our website (including but not limited to information regarding pricing, technical information and advice).
